You can remove each section of these weights, letting you set the weight and increase or decrease the total as required, in 5 steps: 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, and 5kg on each side, total 10kg together.


These weights are one of the best ways in which to add resistance to your lower body when training, targeting certain muscle groups.
