We carefully chose those that are durable in quality, as durable and long-lasting as our local Aussie products👍👍. We believe that Aussie shoppers focus more on the quality other than cheap goods. Our online business started to thrive in early May...we built up our social media networks such as FB, Instagram and X and we appeared on Google Business Profile as well.
Our latest direction
We are setting up a brand new website via Odoo eCommerce platform. Since we have had a big boost of followers on our Facebook Page, we started to list more and more items via FB marketplace and FB page. More so, we would love to make convenient for our online shoppers to order what they love with simply 'ONE CLICK' right on their mobile phone - shoppers can now make payment via Apple or Android Pay at their fingertips. Surely, our online shoppers can chat with us 24/7 wherever they are and whenever they want via FB messenger and online chat via our odoo website. Instead of just using website as the platform for online shopping, we would love to communicate with shoppers to assist them with any enquiries, offering them the best price for the products they are after.
Our future direction would be...
1️⃣ Connect with our online shoppers via Facebook, knowing what our shoppers want - that will help informing us to source for products that Aussies really really want!
2️⃣ Other than an online store - we love to serve our online shoppers like customers in the store. We are looking for long-term relations with all our online shoppers.
3️⃣ Our sale or reward promotion will be promoted on our Facebook Page as we would love to have more followers following us. Our followers will be rewarded for their loyalty and they can get the most updated news of our 'trending' items also.
4️⃣ Make convenient to our online shoppers - provide more payment options for them, make our shoppers' shopping experience HAPPIER!
