This 58cm Yoga ball stability trainer is the perfect companion for yoga exercise and pilates routines and is also great for core strengthening exercises.

This unique balance ball features a flat side to provide a stable base, as well as a dome for balance challenges to tone the upper and lower body. With 8 rubberized anti-slip floor pads, there's no need to worry about sliding around during an intense workout.

Its small, compact design makes it perfect for on-the-go and outside fitness routines. This quality ball made from a PVC and ABS rubber which has a smooth feel and will support user weights up to 125kg.
